Astrocytoma, WHO grade 4, IDH1/2 mutations. The tumor spread to the Left Frontotemporal Lobe.

Previous Treatment

Surgery, Radiation Therapy, Chemotherapy (Temozolomide).

Prognosis and Survival Expectation

The prognosis remains poor, with a median survival of ~14 months from diagnosis.

Treatment Provided

Autologous DCV (4 doses) and CIK (4 doses) with Interleukin-2 over a period of 2 months.
Additionally, the patient received Nasal Drops of Exosomes with Paclitaxel.

The patient has survived for 34 months since the diagnosis. Since the beginning of the disease, the patient suffered neurological symptoms, however, the latest MRI scan shows no noticeable disease progression. It can be concluded that the addition of Immunotherapy, alongside Surgery, Chemotherapy and Radiation Therapy, has extended patient survival by an estimate of around 20 months so far.
