Carcinoma of Right Breast cT4N2M1 G2 ER(+), PR(+), HER2 (-), KI67 – 30%, Stage IV. Metastases to Liver, Ovary and Pancreas.

Previous Treatment

Chemotherapy (Fluorouracil, Adriamycin, and Cytoxan), Target Therapy (Ribociclib), Chemotherapy (Capecitabine).

Prognosis and Survival Expectation

The prognosis remains poor, the five-year survival rate for patients diagnosed with Stage IV Breast Cancer is 22%.

Treatment Provided

Autologous DCV (10 doses) and CIK (4 doses) over a period of 14 months. Additionally, the patient received Immunostimulation of Interferon (IFN) β and Tumor Necrosis Factor (TNF) as well as Mistletoe Therapy.

The patient is alive (now 43 months since diagnosis) and continues to receive Chemotherapy of Capecitabine as well as Mistletoe Injections. It can be concluded that the addition of Immunotherapy, alongside Chemotherapies, has benefited the patient with stable disease and disease control.
