Gastric Adenocarcinoma cT3N1M1 G3 Stage IV, Metastases in the Liver.
Chemotherapy (Cisplatin and Oxaliplatin).
The prognosis remains poor, with a median survival of 6 to 14 months from diagnosis or 5-year relative survival of 3%.
Autologous DCV (5 doses) and CIK (4 doses) over a period of 7 months. Additionally, the patient received Umbilical Cord Blood Derived NK Cells (5 doses).
The patient has survived for 38 months since the diagnosis. It can be concluded that the addition of Immunotherapy, alongside Chemotherapy, has extended patient survival by an estimate of 24 to 32 months.
