In 2015 the patient was diagnosed with Stage 2 Melanoma. After resection, no further treatment was required.
In 2021 diagnosis – Cutaneous Melanoma Anterior Chest Wall) pTxN1M1 BRAF V600(+) Stage IV, Multiple Metastases to Lungs, Subcutaneous Tissue, Neck, and Mediastinal Lymph Nodes.

Previous Treatment

Surgery, Target Therapy (Dabrafenib + Trametinib).

Prognosis and Survival Expectation

The prognosis remains poor, with a median survival of ~1-2 years from diagnosis.

Treatment Provided

Autologous DCV (7 doses) over a period of 8 months.

The patient has survived for 31 months. She continues active treatment with Target Therapy. It can be concluded that that the addition of Immunotherapy, alongside Surgery and Target Therapy, has extended patient survival for at least 7 months so far.
