Upper-inner Quadrant of Right Breast Carcinoma pT2N0M0 G2 ER+ PR+ HER2 (1+) Stage I. Disease progression in January 2019 with Metastasis in the Liver. On September 2020 Metastasis in the Bones.

Surgery, Chemotherapy (Doxorubicin), Chemotherapy (Docetaxel/ Cyclophosphamide), Radiation Therapy, Hormone Therapy (Tamoxifen), Chemotherapy (Paclitaxel/ Gemcitabine), Hormone Therapy (Fulvestrant), Hormone Therapy (Letrozole) and Target Therapy (Palbociclib), Hormone Therapy (Letrozole) and Chemotherapy (Capecitabine).
Prognosis and Survival Expectation
The prognosis remains poor, with a median survival of around 32 months from diagnosis.
Treatment Provided
Autologous DCV (7 doses) and CIK (4 doses) over a period of 5 months.

The patient has survived for 34 months since the disease progression. It can be concluded that the addition of Immunotherapy, alongside Hormone Therapy and Chemotherapy, has benefited the patient to exceed median survival by 2 months.
